Determine shipping rates and times

Shipping rates and times depend on shipping speed, shipping address and weight/size of goods .

If you order from multiple sellers, multiple shipping fees may be charged. For example, if you order one item that is shipped by Need Buy Egypt and two items are shipped by a seller on our site , separate shipping fees may or may not be charged because these items will come from two different places and sellers. You will be able to select sellers while completing the purchase process .

To determine the applicable shipping price and time for the items in your shopping cart :

1. Select Continue to complete the purchase . .
2. Select or add your shipping address .
3. Select the charging speed and select Continue .
4. Select a payment method page and select Continue .

The total shipping and handling cost as well as the expected delivery date is displayed at the bottom of the order summary page .

Free shipping from Need Buy Egypt

Free shipping is available if you order eligible items for delivery within Egypt .

Orders with eligible items of 250 EGP or more and shipped by B-Express are eligible for free shipping. With free shipping, your order will be delivered within 1-2 business days after all of your items are available for shipping .

1. Add at least 250 EGP of eligible items shipped by B-Express to your cart. Any item that shows a free shipping option on the product detail page that is sent by B Express It is eligible and contributes to the minimum free delivery of your order. Items sold and shipped by our sellers do not contribute to the minimum free delivery of your order .
2. To complete your request :
• Proceed to complete the purchase .
• Select an address in Egypt to deliver your goods .
• Select normal delivery for delivery speed .

Note : If your order does not qualify for free shipping by Need Buy Egypt, we offer standard delivery for a fee starting at EGP 15 depending on the type of items in your shopping cart. With standard delivery, your order will be delivered in 3-5 business days .

Delivery Information

The delivery driver will call the phone number listed in your address before attempting a delivery. Someone must be available to collect the package. We will make three attempts to connect on consecutive days. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Need by Egypt for refund. You will get a refund if the order cost has already been paid .
